本次修復的是一款經典古董書架箱喇叭單元，服役超三十年，用戶反饋聲音發悶、動態不足，無明顯物理損壞，初步判斷為磁鋼自然退磁。維修人員先用高斯計對磁路中心進行精準檢測，充磁前磁場強度僅 133.5 高斯，遠低于正常工作所需磁場強度，這正是音質劣化的核心原因。

充磁修復的核心，是通過專業設備為退磁磁鋼補充磁性，恢復磁路工作性能。久巨采用定制化脈沖充磁機，搭配適配古董喇叭的專用線圈，先清潔磁路表面灰塵與雜質，避免充磁時產生磁場干擾；再將喇叭精準固定在充磁工裝上，確保磁鋼與線圈中心對齊，防止偏磁導致充磁不均。

設備參數按古董磁鋼特性調試，采用低電壓、短脈沖模式，避免大電流損傷喇叭紙盆、音圈等脆弱部件。啟動設備后，脈沖磁場瞬間作用于磁鋼，完成定向磁化。整個過程安全可控，無過熱、無變形，最大程度保護古董單元原貌。

充磁完成后冷卻十分鐘，再次用同一臺高斯計、同一檢測點復測，磁場強度穩定達到 360.8 高斯，磁性恢復至健康水平，且磁場分布均勻，無局部過充或欠充現象。數據提升真實合理，未過度追求高數值，保證磁鋼長期穩定工作。
