Before the start of magnetization, the equipment can automatically identify the type, size and other core parameters of the motor's magnetic material, relying on the built-in database to quickly match the optimal magnetization scheme, avoiding the error of manual parameter setting from the source; in the process of magnetization, the sensors capture real-time data such as magnetic field strength, current fluctuation, magnet temperature and other key data, and the algorithms quickly analyze the deviation of the indicators and automatically adjust the peak pulse current, duration and other core parameters. After the data is transmitted to the control center, the algorithm quickly analyzes the deviation value of each index and automatically adjusts the core parameters, such as the peak value and duration of the pulse current - for example, when detecting insufficient local magnetic strength of the magnet, the equipment will directionally enhance the magnetic field energy in the corresponding area; and if the temperature of the magnet is found to be abnormal, it will adjust the rhythm of the magnetization in a timely manner, so as to avoid the performance damage of magnetic materials caused by overheating.
