Magnetizers may have various failures during long-term use, and timely detection and treatment of these problems is essential to ensure production efficiency. The following are the common failures and solutions:
Power supply failure:
Phenomenon: The magnetizer cannot be turned on and the power indicator does not light up.
Causes: broken power cord, loose plug, damaged power switch, blown fuse.
SOLUTION: Check power cord connections, replace damaged switches and fuses, and make sure grounding is good.
Poor magnetization:
Phenomenon: Insufficient magnetic field strength after magnetization, unstable magnetic properties.
Causes: Insufficient magnetizing voltage, coil damage, capacitor aging, improper material selection.
Solution: Increase the magnetizing voltage, check the insulation of the coil, replace the aging capacitor, and make sure the material matches the equipment.
Control circuit failure:
Phenomenon: The magnetization process is unstable and the parameter display is abnormal.
Cause: Relay failure, SCR damage, aging control chip.
Solution: Check control components, replace damaged relays and SCRs, and recalibrate control parameters.
Security Protection Trigger:
Phenomenon: The equipment stops automatically and the protection indicator lights up.
Cause: Over-current, over-voltage, over-temperature protection triggered.
Solution: Check the load condition, ensure good heat dissipation, and adjust the magnetization parameters to a safe range.
